'We had talked of owning a little place of our own in Spain for some time - but making your dream come true needs someone like James to make it happen!   We had fallen in love with the Valencia area but were well aware that the process of purchasing a house in Spain especially with our barely basic Spanish might have it's problems! Then we were introduced to James - who really made the whole thing "come together ". Suddenly our dream is actually beginning to come true - and we are planning on spending the whole of August in our own home in Spain! A move to Valencia was an exciting, yet scary prospect. James from Live Valencia is very professional and was there every step of the way to help. With his knowledge of the area and very well spoken Spanish, he took the time to show us different types of areas, along with varied types of housing, until we found what we were really looking for.
