Investments details

Typical apartment offering is two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and garage. Prices start from 169,000 euros going up to 260,000 euros for Penthouse apartments. Apartments to be built no more than three levels high so as to preserve the character of the location.

Typical terms of payment - 3000 euros to reserve an apartment. This is followed by 25% deposit 15 days after the reserve deposit. 9 months after the deposit you pay another 15%. On completion you pay 60%.

For investors who are reading this there is the possibility that you can sell on the apartment after the 25% deposit has been paid to the developer. This option is excellent if you want to see substantial capital growth gains on an investment.
